OVERVIEW OF Siyaphambili Training Solutions

SIYAPHAMBILI was the first company in the Eastern Cape to provide AET and HRD programmes to industry locally before spreading its wings nationally. SIYAPHAMBILI emerged from the Honda Institute for Strategic Human Resource Development when it closed its doors in 1993. We were initially funded by Mercedes Benz  South Africa for 24 months before we privatized the business. SIYAPHAMBILI has developed the capacity, experience, knowledge and expertise that provide effective programmes of delivery in the AET and HRD field in a wide range of organizations. The knowledge and experience that SIYAPHAMBILI has developed is based on 25 years of involvement with many organizations nationally.

 

SIYAPHAMBILI focuses on adult learners who need to complete their schooling as well as those who need to embark on short courses to improve their marketability and yield possibilities more possibilities internally.

 

It is SIYAPHAMBILI’s belief that the greater investment in human capital the greater the potential our country has to emerge as a global competitor and to improve the skills of individuals so that they become completely self-sufficient.  The services offered by SIYAPHAMBILI are provided within a global strategic HRD framework that ensures organizational as well as individual needs are met.

 

SIYAPHAMBILI provides comprehensive Adult Education programmes and has built up a significant reputation for providing quality adult education and other training courses to industry, the community and government nationally.

  • wESTERN CAPE

    Our training venues are versatile and interesting with a calm relaxed ambiance. With 10 training rooms, the facility can accommodate up to a maximum up of 120 delegates at any given time. The venue boasts 2 large meeting rooms, seating up to 20 delegates and 8 smaller suites seating up 10 delegates. Audio visual equipment is available with the use of a communal dining area. "Our beautiful venue also plays as a gallery showcasing  stunning oil paintings, for your enjoyment."

  • eASTERN CAPE

     

    Our training venues are versatile and interesting with a calm relaxed ambiance. With 3 training rooms, the facility can accommodate up to a maximum up of 22 delegates at any given time. The venue boasts 2 large meeting rooms, seating up to 8 delegates and 1 smaller suite seating 6 delegates. Audio visual equipment is available with the use of a communal dining area.

  • MEET OUR DIRECTOR

    Ms. Amanda Qoza hails from East London and has been involved in education and training for 13 years and practically grew up at SIYAPHAMBILI. She is also the owner of Eagle Computer Training a national ICT training company. These companies are both leaders in their respective sectors.

     

    Her passion for people development has enabled us to create an atmosphere whereby our participants thrive after undergoing training at our institution. Currently she is enrolled to do her Diploma in Adult Education Practices.

     

    She is supported by our CEO and various senior staff to ensure that she has the required skills and competencies within the organization. Her energy and enthusiasm has ensured that we take on assignments that have pushed our limits and with which we have excelled and created space for new products and services.

     

    She has also enabled us to focus a lot on youth development and mentoring. This mix of personalities, youthfulness and skills base has propelled our business into the future.

  • MEET Our CEO

     

    Mr Alliston Saville has been involved with Siyaphambili Training Solutions since the inception of the company 25 years ago. He hails from East London and is actively involved in the training sector for 31 years. He holds a B Econ Education degree from the University of the Western Cape and is in his final stages of completing an International Masters degree in Adult Learning and Global Change from the same institution.

     

    He is highly respected in the education and training sphere ensuring that Siyaphambili Training Solutions remain a national team player. Under his auspice we have garnered work from various sectors of the community and have developed the reputation of being a company that does not compromise on quality and that is passionate about human capital development.

     

    He has vast experience in managing multiple Branches, and is actively involved in mentoring youth and ensures that quality is maintained in all our processes and activities. His main responsibility is to ensure that we remain competitive and that the majority of the youth we employ are fully equipped to manage the company into the future. With him at our helm, we can only improve our offering and grow our footprints. His passion for people and high work ethic is a winning combination.
